The new Happy Valley Community Center will give residents a place to gather, stay active and connect in the heart of downtown Happy Valley. Designed as a multi-use facility, the center combines recreation, fitness and multi-use event spaces to support the city’s growing community.

The 67,000 sf facility will feature an aquatics center with a recreation pool and spa, a multi-purpose gymnasium with an indoor walk/jog track, group fitness room, weight and cardio area, flexible community and event rooms with reservable gathering space and drop-in childwatch services. Plans also include space for a future lap pool, sauna and gymnasium addition, allowing the center to expand as community needs evolve.
Set within a 42-acre park, the community center will be surrounded by park amenities such as walking trails, a splash pad, a dog park, open play areas and natural stormwater systems. Together, the center and surrounding park will create a civic hub for recreation, wellness and connection while advancing the vision of Happy Valley’s Downtown Master Plan.
