The new center presents a unique opportunity to develop a state-of-the-art facility on Redmond’s Municipal Campus that includes dedicated spaces for senior adults integrated into a mixed-use community center that accommodates expansion capability for potential partnership space.
Located in close proximity to the Sammamish River, the site offers the potential for an interwoven relationship between urban and natural experiences with indoor/outdoor activity places for citizens of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, and abilities.
This will be a place where Redmond’s seniors are valued, youth feel cared for, and families spend time together in pursuit of health, enrichment and fun.
