City of Woodburn

A long-standing community priority, the City of Woodburn’s Mill Creek Community Center reimagines the existing Aquatic Center as a vibrant, full-service facility to serve Woodburn’s diverse and growing population. The design enhances access to Settlemier Park and presents an inviting new civic presence along the city’s main thoroughfare.

The project preserves the existing competition and warm water pools while adding new cardio/weight spaces, group fitness areas, and a flexible, dividable community room to support a wide range of programs and events.

The recreation program includes preserving an existing competition pool, adding a warm water recreation pool, a two-court gymnasium, fitness room, aerobics dance studios, and multi-purpose activity spaces as well as multi-use community rooms.
